Blind Citizens Australia (BCA) is the country’s peak consumer representative organisation of, and for, people who are blind or vision impaired. It has 3,000 individual and 7 organisational members, plus 15 branches operated by Committees of Management.

As Executive Officer, you will work with Directors in driving advocacy and policy initiatives, managing resources and motivating a staff of 3.0 FTE.

You combine leadership, management and strategic skills with a proven ability to engage stakeholders in a complex national non-profit environment.

BCA welcomes expressions of interest from those who are vision impaired or blind, and who possess appropriate track records.
